Property Sourcing
We proactively identify residential properties that may offer opportunity rather than simply waiting for standard listings. Our focus includes motivated and time-sensitive sales, distressed properties, inherited homes, deceased-estate situations, refurbishment opportunities and selected below-market-value properties.
Property Assessment & Deal Analysis
Not every property is an opportunity. We review the basics of each potential deal, including area, property condition, likely market position, value-add potential, approximate refurbishment considerations and possible investment fit. This helps us decide whether a property deserves further attention.
Investment Opportunity Development
